Get an Inside Look at The Roasterie’s Air Roasting Process!

Sure, at our daily Roasterie tours you get a pretty good look at our coffee factory…but never have you had the chance to check out a live demonstration of the air roasting process!  If you’re interested in seeing exactly how we air roast our coffee here at The Roasterie, you’re in for a real treat.

On July 17, we are hosting a Barista Jam in which just 15 people get a chance to see our air roasting process in action!  We will demonstrate using our baby roaster on The Roasterie production floor, do a cupping session in our cupping room and learn more in our beautiful café.  Q Grader and Bean Hunter Paul Massard will teach attendees the physical and chemical changes that happen during the air roasting process as well as what happens to the flavor profile of certain beans after they are roasted.  In other words, if you’re coffee-obsessed, this Barista Jam is for you!!

This Barista Jam will take place on July 17 from 5-7pm at our Factory Café.  Food and beverages will be provided.  Remember: only the first 15 people to sign up will be able to attend this Barista Jam.  So reserve your spot quickly by emailing The Roasterie at events@theroasterie.com!
