Bluestem Blend

Bluestem Blend is a collaboration with Kansas City chef Colby Garrelts. It’s named for his popular restaurant in Kansas City’s Westport neighborhood where he and pastry chef Megan Garrelts have been sharing their menus with guests since 2004. Bluestem restaurant features Progressive American cuisine with an ever-changing menu. The restaurant uses fresh, seasonal ingredients from local farmers and producers to showcase the best of Kansas City and the Midwest.
