Costa Rica La Cruz Natural


In the famous Tarrazú growing region of Costa Rica sits La Cruz, a beautiful little farm and mico mill owned and managed by Esteban Zamora. Having bought and served Esteban’s micro lots several times in years past, we were so excited for the chance to once again represent La Cruz de Tarrazú in Kansas City with this  beautiful naturally processed coffee.

The Roasterie has a longstanding relationship with Esteban, having bought many of his beautiful coffees over the years. La Cruz specializes in high end micro and nano lot coffees using carefully controlled processing methods such as African double washing, honeys, and naturals. Esteban is as hard a worker as you’ll find in any coffee producing country – he pours his entire life into producing exceptional coffees, and we feel humbled and so fortunate to have the opportunity to come alongside him in crafting another incredible coffee for our friends in Kansas City.
