This limited release Reserve comes to us from the factory called Kamuya in the region of Nyeri, the most famous coffee growing region in Kenya. After being picked, it is brought to the factory where it undergoes a thorough fermentation process that lasts up to 24 hours and is then moved to raised drying beds for 7-15 days. This process is a major contributor to the intense flavor profile of this coffee.
