Founded in 1993, we were the first to bring specialty coffee to the Midwest. Today, we are still proudly serving our community as a proud member of the FairWave Coffee Collective. FairWave celebrates and empowers local specialty coffee brands focusing on sourcing from farmers, the art and science of roasting, and people with a passion for coffee.
